Cost per participant excludes accommodation and air travel. This includes all conference-provided meals, other meeting costs, and administrative costs. AfHEA DOES NOT charge any fees for presentation at the conference.

AfHEA can help with letters to support your funding applications if required. Please send your request for support (as well as visa) letters to afhea_2019@afhea.org.

    AfHEA accepts payments made through leading Credit/Debit card providers including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Links to pay online will be provided after completing and submitting this online form.
  • Bank Draft made payable to:

    African Health Economics and Policy Association. This can be paid into our account, or could be paid on site at the opening of the conference if permission to pay on site has been obtained in advance from the conference management. Please do not travel to the conference without having paid in advance, or received permission in advance to pay on site.

  • We do NOT encourage participants to travel with cash intended for paying for their conference costs.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be sent in writing to afhea_2019@afhea.org. For cancellation before 4th March, 2019, a cancellation charge amounting to 25% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund. No refund for cancellation will be granted for any reason after 4th March, 2019. The payment for refunds will be processed after the conference.
