Reduction of the costs of attending the Nairobi Conference
Following additional discussions with another of our conference funding partners, AfHEA is pleased to announce the reduction of the costs of attending the Nairobi Conference. The new costs are as follows:
Strategic planCost per participant excluding accommodation and air travel: US$1,250. This includes all conference-provided meals, other meeting costs, administrative costs and conference fee of $100 per participant).
Strategic planCost per participant excluding accommodation and air travel:for fully paid up AfHEA members (joining fees and 2013/2014 dues paid): $1,100
Strategic planCost per student participant excluding accommodation and air travel who can prove their student status:$500. Note that this applies to African students primarliy’; however, all other students who have a genuine case can also apply for consideration.
