Flights
Delegates are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Kigali. In most cases, booking airline tickets via the internet is a cost-effective option.
Passport and Visas
International travel, as per international practice, requires visitors to Rwanda to be in possession of a valid passport. The passport should be valid for over 6 months at the entry date.
Delegates are responsible for making their own visa arrangements. However, AfHEA can provide applicants with visa application letters if required. Travel agents and Rwandan diplomatic missions will provide you with relevant information. Information and visa application forms can be found on the website https://www.migration.gov.rw/visa/. Visas are not issued on arrival at Rwandan ports of entry.
