The AfHEA Secretariat wishes to inform you that we have now opened the registration for the4^th Biennial Conference to be held in Rabat, Morocco, from 26^th to 29^th September 2016. The registration must be done online.

Compared with the previous conferences, the registration fees for the 4^th conference have been reduced significantly:

• Non-members will be required to pay registration fee of $1,050.
• AfHEA fully paid members (joining fees and annual dues for 2015/2016 paid) will be required to pay registration fee of $900.

The registration fee is inclusive ofall conference-provided meals, meeting costs, and administrative costs. AfHEA DOES NOT charge any fee for presentations at the conference. The registration fees DO NOT include accommodation. AfHEA has however negotiated special rates for the participants in a number of hotels (list provided in the online registration form).

Accommodation must be booked directly with the hotels or through the event organizer (details provided in the online registration form).However, special consideration will be made for sponsors who will need to pay both registration fees and accommodation through AfHEA, in which case permission must be sought in advance from AfHEA.
